Winter Rental at the Heritage
With 3 heat zones, the Heritage is a perfect house to rent for the winter.
You have the ability to use it as a 1, 3 or 5 bedroom house,
depending on your needs. I can have two of the 5 rooms entirely drained so you are only using heat for 1/2 the house.

This way, you can save a great deal on heat and electricity...
The heat is a brand-new high powered very efficient Propane System

Walk to the Beach on a early winter's day, and you may make the only tracks in the snow all the way there....or, stop in to the Village Food Market and join the “locals” for breakfast....

The quiet and peaceful neighborhood is a welcoming place to be, with the sounds of the ocean a lovely bonus. 
    The rental period is a CONTINUOUS 8 1/2 month rental that runs from approximately Sept. 15 - May 31.
    The Monthly Rent for 5 bedroom rental is $985.00 per month. The Monthly Rent for 1 or 3 bedroom rental is $595.00 per month.
    The first and last month's rent due upon move in.
    A $600 to $700.00 deposit is required.
    Pets are POSSIBLY allowed with an extra deposit.
    No Utilities are paid....
    The Heritage is a non-smoking house.
